What is a good program I can use to turn my laptop into a security camera at school?

I wan't to use my laptop webcam to record live video to cloud storage so i can leave my laptop unattended when I have to leave to take a break. A bonus would be if I could view that live footage from my smartphone. Does anyone have any ideas of programs that can do this?
