My iphone won't charge for some reason

So just then, I plugged my phone into the charger to charge it. a couple of minutes pass and I found out it didn't charge.

I did everything i could: - Replacing the cable - Restart my phone - Download and updating my phone (thinking it would help but it didn't)

Then I discovered one of the most stupid thing ever: It will only charge when i shut it down completely then plug the cable back and power it back up. And if i unplug it, it won't charge if i plug it back

I don't know what to do and where to ask help so im just gonna post here.

If anyone have a solution, please send it.
