How do I tell if a blu-ray disc is bdav or bdmv

I am trying to get a blu-ray disc to work on my ps4 but it only supports BD-ROM, BD-R/RW(BDAV,BDMV), how do I tell if a blu-ray disc is BDAV or BDMV, I was wondering if this is in one of those formats.
