computer firewall/proxy support ?

Hi all!

I am not sure if this is the correct subreddit, so if you can direct me to the proper place I'd appreciate it! I am a new Mac user and am just having some problems with my proxy/firewall. I tried to access a Google form for school, and the black page popped up with the "This site cant be reached" and it advised me to check my proxy and firewall. I know my firewall is on but I am not sure what proxy I should have on. I did a google search to find an answer but it didnt help me.

Sadly I can't attach photos to this post :/ so if you have any advice maybe we can DM or something and I can send pictures of what I see on my screen and what my settings are.

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated!
