The videos on my laptop are partially see through green and pink. Is it time for new laptop? Please help!

If someone would like to see what I mean exactly, send me a DM. The internet hasn’t helped me because it’s not a solid green to where I can’t see anything. I uninstalled the drivers and installed them again and made it worse. Is it time for new laptop?
