Would Amazon or Disney be likely future Youtube competitors? (or who else?)

First, is Youtube profitable yet, with all the commercials they're showing now? If not, then I guess they're till running off the profits of Google Adwords until they find profitability someday soon.

But who else is profitable enough that they could run a video site that competes with Youtube?

Amazon? They certainly have the server capacity with AWS.

Disney? They're the most profitable entertainment company, so a video site sorta seems like a vertical fit.

Or who else?
