How do I tell if my phone is being remotely controlled?

Hi, my phone is acting weirdly. I don't know much about android so I am going to post down below what my phone is doing.

Thing No #1: Changing volume

Thing No #2: activating google assistant

Thing No #3: Pausing YT videos and skipping to next video

And Thing No #4: Turning my camera on when my phone is in sleep mode

BTW I have an LG Stylo 4 from T-Mobile running the latest security patch.
