So my sisters iphone 8 is stuck on a boot loop and I've tried to update it twice through iTunes. Both times I got the message saying the phone could not be updated and that it need to be factory restored. Is there any way that I can get the pictures from the phone before resetting it? Like using my computer to go into the files of the phone? Any help is appreciated
