My laptop has been using it’s integrated graphics for its display.

For the past 4 days my laptop was running on integrated graphics I have tired everything I know. I went in bios I changed my power manegment to performance I even went into nvidia control panel and nothing has worked. I have tired factory resetting and the problem is still there. My laptop uses the integrated graphics more than the dedicated GTX 1650 gpu. Does any one have any solution. Please
