Why is there a 1 second gap between the time which is showing on my two phones(belonging to the exact same company and model)?

How is this possible? My two phones which are of a same company have a difference of 1 second. I noticed that when 1 phone is showing 8:30 pm then the other phone shows 8:29 pm and after 1 second it turns to 8:30 pm. What can be the reason behind that?
