From what I've gathered, Apple's big advantage in chips comes down to "they don't have to make money on the chips, because they make money selling the final product". With tech companies like Facebook, Google, and Amazon going a more Apple-like route, "making their own chips for consumer products" do you think Apple would still have major advantages on chips in future consumer products?
