Hey, guys so Im starting a business involving dockless scooters around my city. When I first came across Bird, I thought to myself this shouldn't be hard to implement myself (Yes I know, noob). So I have been talking to some tech people in my city and apparently its very hard to do so. Is anyone familiar with asset tracking or GPS/GSM. Pretty much my team has to make a new control system from scratch just like Bird and Lime did. Now we have sort of hit of wall.
