ZKTECO will release the first generation of visible light facial recognition devices. G4 is a multi-biometric identification terminal which features ZKTeco’s innovative enhanced visible light facial recognition technology that enables the device to function automatically when a face is detected. It can identify the face in a distance of 0.5m to 3m which is faster than a near IP facial recognition! Will this transform our security technology? Can we be assured that, for example, airports are much safe with devices like these? :)
