Hi everybody
I just recently switched from a more active position to more of a sedentary work environment.
And I already feel some downsides of it. Posture changed a bit, feeling more tired and I have to watch myself getting enough movement to stay in shape.
How is that going for you? What downsides have you experienced?
maybe this is slightly off-topic, but I thought we might have that in common
