I just bought a iPad 7th gen and Apple Pencil 1st and the pencil won’t connect? Like it says paired then will say “apple pencil battery at 1%” and won’t work.
I charged it for a hour straight, it gets to 100% then drops back down to 0% in a SECOND. I havent even been able to use it at all, plus it keeps disconnecting from the Bluetooth?
I called Apple and she said to return it to the place I bought it (not apple another store) but I was wondering if anyone has had this issue, is there nothing I can do before I go return it?
