Can a RX 590 8gb with ryzen 5 3600 outperform the new Series X?

What do you think, how long would a config with RX 590, Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB 3733MHz RAM, be good enough for 1080-1440p gaming in ultra-high settings?Does it worth, to buy the new Xbox consoles (series S or X) or just stay with this PC? Can this PC outperform the nextgen consoles?
