I'm new to the tech industry from early childhood education. I started school for an associates CIS degree a couple weeks ago and passed my Servicenow CSA exam a couple weeks before that. I wanted to know if i can skip help desk and apply for a position with servicenow as a CSA once i've acquired some skills and better understanding of the role or should i apply to help desk with my CSA cert and will it give me any kind of leverage for higher pay? Again, I have no work experience.
