Does anyone have any suggestions for tiny camera sensors commercially available that I can use for a project?

Hi, I've recently been researching this topic and have come to the conclusion camera sensors anywhere from 0.1cm-0.5cm are ideal also resolution does matter obviously so don't worry as much about the size as resolution, as it CAN be a little bigger or smaller than ideal.
